Audiovisual
Fields Institute staff will assist speakers with all audiovisual equipment, including a wireless microphone a few minutes before their talk. Fields Institute has laptops, data projectors and screens. We use Zoom videoconferencing to connect remote participants, and for speakers to use their own laptop to present materials . In addition, all our lecture rooms are equipped with blackboards and chalk.
Recording and Live-streaming
All talks at the Fields Institute are recorded and live-streamed, unless speakers or event organizers request otherwise. Recordings are subsequently available on the Institute’s video archive or our YouTube channel.
Let a Program Coordinator know in advance if you prefer your event or talk to not be streamed / recorded.
